MacDonald & Vaccaro Insurance Agency, a provider of insurance products for human services organizations since 1981, is pleased to offer an insurance program for landlords of group homes and residential facilities.

In order to qualify for the program, your tenant must be a non-profit human services organization, operating a group residential program on your premises.

This program has resulted in substantial savings in insurance premiums for landlords because of an arrangement that we have with the insurance company to offer the same favorable insurance rates to landlords that they offer to human services organizations.

In addition to building coverage, loss of rental income, and lessor’s risk liability, we have negotiated special policy enhancements that are unique to the program.
